Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and SIÁN OÜ for your use of Channel X-Ray. By using the service you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Channel X-Ray (the Service) is operated by SIÁN OÜ (registry code 16038482), Kotkapoja tn 2a-10, 10615 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at hello@sian-agency.online.

2. What the Service does

Channel X-Rayproduces automated analytics reports about publicly available YouTube channels — channel statistics, video performance, and a classification of public comments. All insights are generated by automated processing and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Not affiliated with YouTube

Channel X-Ray is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Data is derived from information that YouTube makes publicly available.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
  • use a report to harass, threaten, dox, or otherwise target the individuals who appear in it, including commenters;
  • resell, redistribute, or republish reports as a competing data product;
  • attempt to abuse, automate, or circumvent the free tier or its limits;
  • use the Service in a way that breaches YouTube's terms of service or the rights of any third party.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis for how you use the data in a report, and for respecting the privacy rights of the people it concerns.

6. Pricing and payment

Channel X-Rayis sold per report. During launch, a limited number of reports are free; after that, pricing is shown before you buy and may change over time. Prices are in US dollars and may be exclusive of taxes that apply in your location. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.

7. Delivery and access

A report is delivered through a private link containing a unique access token. There are no user accounts. Anyone who has the link can view the report, so keep it private. Reports and the data behind them are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created, after which the link stops working.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, and the format and presentation of the reports. The underlying public data belongs to its respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the report you obtain for your own internal and lawful purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Reports are generated by automated classification from third-party and sampled data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and you should not rely on them as such. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIÁN OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SIÁN OÜ against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the Service is being abused or used in breach of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, with the Last updated date above.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
